T-PF 190 POSTFORMER
FUNCTION:
T-PF 190 applies preglued different color and specifications laminate, to the workpiece edge, with maximum thickness 60 mm. You can use all kind of Postforming Laminates up to 1 mm thickness also operating in continous mode with conveyer system. After passing the heaters, laminate will get ready for curling. You can use lower trimming unit for 90º profile to trim excesses from the bottom of the panel. Adjusting conveyer speed and temparature, is necessary for best result and for postforming without any burn or breakage.
* One set of spare heating element is provided with machine.
