The Tech Z27 is the intermediate CNC Machining Center offered by Tech Series. The Tech Z27 is the smart solution for increasing your shops production needs. The large one-piece triangular base provides accuracy, repeatability and longevity for any size company. The Tech Z27 features a 9 HP router motor, 4-position tool changer, 20 spindle drilling head, grooving saw and user friendly interface.

The Control Unit designed for Boring and Routing Centres installed on PC The PC hardware structure is upgradeable and adaptable to the specific users requirements.
The Xylog advanced interface machine software use the WINDOWS operating system and ensures an easy and quick programming.

THE TWO CONTROL UNITS ensure the safety protections against the electromagnetic interference by using OPTICAL FIBERS connections between input and output devices The basic machine is preset to house a "TELESOLVE" Hardware and Software kit which will be set "ON REQUEST"
"TELESOLVE" long distance diagnostic system allows the technicians at the SCM service centre to operate on the machine in real time:
- PLC logic diagnostic, machine parameters etc., in case of machine
misfunctions
- NC software updating in real time, new releases
- Control of the operator's programs
The TELESOLVE kit installation will be carried out only if a dedicated telephone line is located in the NC.
Without this line the technician will NOT carry out the installation of
