Designed and built with innovative devices to speed up machining changeover and allow heavy duty operation.
All machines are fitted with the "ORION 220", colour graphics numeric controller. As an optional, machines can be fitted with new PC/PLC controller system. This has a user interface based on the "Winedge" software which makes all the main machine functions very easy to control.

The machine is complete with:

Numerical control complete with PLC to carry out quickly, easily and without errors the execution of customized working programs (100 programs max.)
It controls the pneumatic positionings of the operating groups, when the same are installed on the machine
(The NC does not include the pneumatic positionings)
It does not control the change from 1st to 2nd passage (blades tilting + round function), which can be carried out with manual selectors.

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATING GROUPS
- "VC600/2" GLUEING GROUP, LOADING AND PRESSURE OF EDGE
made up of:
* quick heating glue pot (for thermo-melted glue):
* reverse function for the spreading roller (from the control panel)of its rotating direction to ensure the optimal gluing of solid wood lippings
* quick unlocking system for a rapid glue pot changing
* manual exclusion from the working line to enable set up runs or
processing without glue application
* internally teflon-coated to facilitate the glue substitution
* checking of temperature on the spreading roller and on the main glue pot
* automatic lowering of the temperature, to avoid over heating of the glue in case of temporary non-use of the machine
(particularly indicated for momentary interruption of production)
* spreading roller with device for adjustment of the quantity of glue applied
* loading of edges with automatic system for material in rolls or strips, which grants an immediate edge working change
* shear device for cutting of rolled edges, max. 3 mm
* coil-holder plate of large diameter
* pressure rollers with independent pneumatic adjustment and mechanical digital position indicator
The device includes:
- powered, frictioned and teflon-coated roller with large dimensions and timed intervention
- two idle rollers with counterposed conicity and timed intervention
- "K/SEL" END CUTTING UNIT
with two high frequency independent motors to cut the
front and rear exceeding edges.
Tiltable motors with manual adjustment from 0 to 15 degrees without
utilizing any type of spanner. It is possible to end cut also soft/postformed panels.
High precision and reliable end cutting unit thanks to the sliding of the two motors on prismatic guideways with preloaded recirculating
ballbearings.
Each operating motor is equipped with copying device for an accurate positioning of blades in relation to the cutting point.

- "RSP" IN-LINE TRIMMING UNIT
with two high frequency motors for the rough-trimming of the applied edge with the following features:
* vertical copying device with large diameter rotating disk having
ground contact surfaces to ensure the best working precision
* device for the rapid removal of cutters
* rapid manual exclusion from the working line without changing its
setting
* pair of cutters included with throwaway knives
- "ROUND SK" ROUNDING UNIT
It allows the automatic rounding of the applied edge angles without
stopping the workpiece. It allows the rounding using 3 mm PVC/ABS and thin edges applied on straight sides of post/soft formed panels
The rounding operation takes place in one single pass (each side)
without no manual intervention. The unit, as standard feature, can operate also as top and bottom trimming unit.
