This latest Bear - the quick, safe precision tool grinding system, for Educational and Training Environments.
The importance attached to safe, accurate controlled tool sharpening techniques is reflected in growing sales of the BEAR Toolgrinder. Taking the guesswork out of chisel, gouge and plane blade sharpening, the BEAR facilitates correct procedures and permits fine control of cutter grinding angles, which encourages regular use.
It features controlled 110rpm wheel speed, force-fed recirculatory coolant systems, integral oil reservoir with filter, and a tool holder that accepts up to 60-mm wide blades. The centre swivel arm now has fine adjustment control to ensure that tool edge and grinding wheel remain in perfectly flat contact. The Bear carries a two year warranty and is supplied with a comprehensive operating manual.

The BEAR fully complies with the European CE mark directive and also with the BS4163 "Health and Safety in Workshops of Schools and Similar Establishments". Features include: -
