Ramarch Carcase Press Compack 31
A strongly constructed semi-automatic carcase press for the assembly of furniture, bedroom and kitchen carcases equipped with an electrically operated horizontal pressure beam and
manually adjustable vertical beam.
The vertical beam runs smoothly along the press on precision bearings for ease of movement and is pneumatically locked into position by a switch. The powered top beam is operated from the control panel.
Horizontal and vertical pressures are individually set to ensure an accurately clamped cabinet without distortion to the components. By using 2 horizontal and 3 vertical pressure groups it is possible to pre-set the machine to suit most cabinets. Additional pressure groups are available if required.
Each pair of pneumatic cylinders are connected via a quick release coupling and can easily be excluded. A quick release coupling is also provided for the connection of air tools.
