PJ2-18-H-3-3-I Filter Housed Multifilter Bag Unit- Auto Shake Dust Extraction
Designed for the extraction of mixed size wood waste particles, i.e. those finer particles produced from sanding, as well as small shavings. Making it an ideal unti for a controlled system serving a mixture of machine type.
Additional safety feature of a filter enclosure with built in explosion relief, ducted to atmosphre or safe venting as required.

Fan designed to give a maximum airflow of 4500 m3/hr at the inlet

Continuously rated Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) Electric Motor fitted with sealed for life bearings 3kw 400v 50Hz.
Inlet:
200mm. Unit can be assembled with motro and inlet to the left (standard) or right of the filters. As standard to motor is fitted below the unit body but can be sited above with the inlet below; this must be requested at the time of order.
Starter:
Auto Shaker - Direct on-line. Supplied loose for remote mounting in a non-hazardous area.
Fan type:
Centrifugal, back swept, highly efficient, radial paddle blade, direct drive impeller. Made from high quality, cold rolled, low carbon, heavy gauge steel plate manufactured to BS EN 10130:1999. Dynamically balanced to ensure stable and vibration free performance. Specifically designed for the extraction and transportation of dust particles of wood and other materials.

Filter media for specialist applicatyions available on request, the standard filter media on this unit is Polyester Needlefelt Singe Finish. Polyester Needlefelt Filter has excellent tensile strength and abrasion resistance, fair acid and alkali resistance Singe finish provides a tough abrasion resistant media surface. Temperature up to 150c, maximum surge 170c. Typical Application: Aluminium, Asbestos, Cement, Ceramics, Flour, Foundries, Grain, Lead, Mining, Plaster , pharmaceuticals, Steel, Wood.
Filter Cleaning:
Auto Shake - Vibrator Motor ATEX Zone 22 Compliant filter cleaning mechanism fitted. Operates at fan shut down; controlled by combined controller/starter thus ensuring optimum filter cleaning whilst eliminating manual intervention and prolonging filter life.
Contruction:
Unit constructed from high quality, coled rolled, low carbon steel manufactured to BS EN 10130:1999 and finished in silver, tarnish resistant, durable hammer paint.
Filter House constructed from continuous hot-dip, zinc coated, low-carbon steel manufactured to BS EN 10327:2004
