9060/70 Automatic Applicator
The Pizzi 9060 & 9070 series gluing machines are the most technically advanced fully automatic systems for applying PVA glue to frame and panel doors, or other wooden parts where accurate and repeatable amounts of glue need to be applied on a production level.
Pizzi offers two series, the 9060 series that applies a bead of glue, and the 9070 series that sprays PVA glue. In addition, models 9061 & 9071 apply a spot of glue in the groove of a door rail. Models 9062 & 9072 have the capacity to apply an adjustable length bead of glue in a rail groove.
FEATURES
ò Injector Nozzles _ apply glue via injector nozzles to any detail, eliminating the need for matching profile heads. Quantity of glue dispensed is adjustable at nozzle. Comes standard with two nozzles each side, with capacity of three.
ò Automatic Feed _ parts are loaded in hopper and fed automatically past injector nozzles. Sensor on outfeed table stops continuous feeding until glued parts are removed. Feed rate is adjustable.
ò Glue Application _ fiber optic eyes determine the begin¦ning and end of glued area. Sensors are adjustable to increase or decrease length of glued area.
ò Spot or Bead of Glue Models 9061 & 9071 have additional injector on back of machine to apply a spot of glue to the center of the groove in stile & rail doors. 9062 & 9072 can apply an adjustable length bead in a groove.
ò Glue Tank _2 1/2 gallon glue tank comes standard with all models. Once glue is placed in tank and pressurized, unit will dispense all glue without being re-pressurized until more glue is needed.
