Model 9033 Semi Auto Applicator.
Semi automatic glue applicator for profiles and joints with two heads. Instead of using paintbrushes or pots, this machines is ideal for joinery production of windows and sashes, saving operator time and increasing production rate on clean up. The two nozzles are extra as these are made exactly to your wood sample.
The Pizzi machines are built with steel, painted with non-toxic epoxy powders and supplied with one glue feeder. These are also arranged with working with a large number of nozzles, that can be manufactured on request, to solve any kind of problem in glue spreading.
When machine is not in use i.e. t-breaks, lunch times etc, it is possible to immerse the nozzles in the water tubs that are provided by means of a hinge to the heads downwards, so to avoid any risk of drying the nozzles out.
For the automatic machines only, a triple adjusting system prevents glue waist and guarantees an excellent spreading: -
Spreading speed, measuring of the glue delivery and adjustment of length 100mm max.
Working times, compared with the normal gluing systems, are reduced. Precise glue spreading on all surfaces guarantees a tighter bond.
