MECHANICAL VENEER PACK GUILLOTINE SHEAR Mod. CIM 31
These machines are ideal for companies with a small veneer department. The structure is weld steel made, with special table section design ensuring high torsional rigidity.
The knife-beam movement takes place between three couples of selflubricated slides. The knife beam moves between three couples of self-lubricated slide-ways. The clamping-beam is equipped with torsion bar.
Pressure beam movement is obtained by means of two hydraulic cylinders. The knife beam is driven by means of a geared motor.
Knife beam and clamping-beam: These are highly ribbed to ensure optimum stiffness.
For easy replacement of the knives, the appropriate tools are supplied.
Working cycle: Twin push-buttons on the control panel operate the pressure beam. Once the beam is down, the cutting operation takes place.
Rear fence: the rear fence is driven by means of a wheel placed on the front side of the machine. A digital counter allows you to measure the distance between the rear fence and the cutting line.
Angular fence: on the left side of the machine table, this allows easier alignment of the veneer.
Cutting line: a special plastic cutter counter gib with 4 cutting points.
Safety: Two hand control and anti-repeat devices.
