SCM Windor 1 CNC machining centre for window frame manufacturing

Easy, cost-effective method for manufacturing windows one-off or in batches
When using the Windor 1, the operator finds himself in a more ergonomic position, that is close to the center of the system. The operator is within easy view and control of all the working processes. The clamping system faces towards operator enabling loading and unloading easily. The presser enables the clamping of one or two workpieces at the same time in an easy and safe way thanks to the electronic positioning, which is set according to the workpiece length. Thanks to the rotary movement of the presser it is possible to process in sequence the two sides of the workpiece and machine angles without the need to move or adjust fences. This allows abling the tenoning section to be placed very near walls or corners maximising space available in the workshop.

- Clamping is by a central pressure with electronic positioning depending upon the work piece length. The gripper ensures easy, safe component clamping even when components are loaded in pairs.

the same solution as with high level machines but with a reduced
investment is offered as a standard configuration.
- According to profiling requirements two 50x320mm high precision
profiling spindles can be fitted on the machine. These groups have
5-position pneumatic horizontal adjustment. They can hold tools
with 130/240 mm tool diameter.

Windor 1 enables storm proofing with high finishing quality by
simply positioning the work piece on the reference fence.

Windor 1 is equipped with the latest multi-axiscontrol system. Control 100 PC combines an industrial PC with a PLC.
The "Next" programming software developed by SCM operates in the Windows environment. Programming is very easy. All operations are guided by NC shown on graphical display.
