SCM S630NOVA thicknesser
The entry level Nova 630 thickness planers feature traditional build quality at an affordable price. SCM exclusively use a heavilly ribbed cast iron table for stability. The table is easilly set and adjusted with powered rise and fall coupled with digital readout of 0.1mm resolution. The 300 mm capacity makes it especially suitable for constructional timbers and joinery.
Feed system
Reliability and efficiency are combined. Either two or three motorized large diameter upper feed rollers, together with the rubber-coated outfeed rollers, guarantee efficient and constant feed with all type of wood. The interchangeability of the
upper feed rollers is included as standard equipment on the S630 NOVA model.
Table Mechanism
4large diameter screws support the worktable. They ensure high rigidity in all conditions. This movement system allows to keep the table position steady without need to lock it.
