The main body headstock & table are all made from cast iron resulting in weight, rigidity and minimal levels of vibration.
Where required the castings are precision machined on a dovetail slides for smooth controlled movement.There are adjustable gib strips to eliminate any play as the machine is used.
The workpiece clamp operates on a cam lock action for fast and rigid clamping on the timber.
