New High Performace HP4 HSS Planer Blades
These new Super HSS planer blades give the ultimate performance in planing machines. They are individually manufactures to the highest tolerances from the finest selected Japanese Steel. All phases of the production and manufacturing process are done under the strictest quality control systems.
These blades are laminated and heat treated in manufacture to acheive the ultimate uniformity of hardness and performance.
The blades are finally ground to a mirror finish and individually numbered. This new HP 4 HSS series has been giving tool life of 100% - 200% longer than conventional planer blades. They are ideal for both hard and softwoods where quality and surface finish are important factors, as well as helping to reduce machine down time.
HP4 HSS blades can be resharpened on conventioanl grinding systems.
