AP500 MULTIPURPOSE BANDSAW WITH ARTICULATED ARM
Equipped with either a column or mobile base. This machine is ideal for timberframe yards where it is handy to take a machine on site. Suitable for cutting shapes on beams, columns and other heavy pieces, assuring the possibility to easily displace the saw unit thanks to the mobile wagon with wheels.
The machine is also ideal for the fencing industry - Rounding the tops of fence post and picket fences has always been a problem - with this you can clamp multiple pieces in the machine and then profile them in one easy pass.
- It is possible to equip the machine with an articulated arm which allows an easy and smooth movement in every direction while keeping the workpiece in a fixed position.
- Working table is tiltable in both directions, 15° backwards and 45° forwards. It is adjustable by a graduate hand wheel.
- Patent safety protection which guarantees an absolute working safety: the blade is completely enclosed.
- Removing the blade guide and replacing the blade by a sanding belt the saw can be transformed into a sanding machine for finishing.
- Thanks to the three rubber vulcanized wheels blades of different width can be used, with a minimum of 3 mm for the cut of very narrow radii
