High production rate - The heavy-duty motor, the large abrasive area, the rotation speed, combined with the use of the modern belt sanding principle, in which an endless sanding belt runs over a contact drum. This allows a high performance even under the most difficult conditions. The surface of the drum is grooved, to help the abrasive milling effect, greatly increasing the sanding effectiveness. This also helps cool the abrasive belt reducing resin build up.

Rapid replacement of the abrasives - RAINBOW is equipped with an automatic tracking control system that keeps the sanding belt centred, and allows you to change belts easily and quickly.

No start-up problems - A powerful motor, with low power consumption ensures that the machine will work even when there are problems with the power supply.
Operator safety - The driving V-belt and the contact drum are protected by casings which are easily removed when necessary, while a special electrical mechanism prevents the unexpected start-up of the motor after the power supply has been inadvertently interrupted. All safety devices with which it is equipped in accordance with the EEC standards, combine to make the RAINBOW a very safe sander in any type of condition.
Ease of transport - The RAINBOW can be easily disassembled into three separate sections, if necessary, to facilitate transport.
