Single-sided edge bander in right hand execution for hot melt gluing, particularly designed for craftsmen' enterprises.
VKNO: 2030 Quick Melt Gluing Unit for Hot Melt Granulated Glue.
For premelting container as well as quickly changeable gluing unit with a low volume.
Glue reservoir underneath the glue roller, therefore avoiding the possibility of spillage into the machine.
Glue application to the workpiece by means of glue roller.
No adjustment of the glue roller is required when changing the workpiece thickness.
The glue roller can be selected to rotate with or against the workpiece feed direction.
Glue temperature control by means of electronic thermostat.
Hot melt glue activation by means of infrared heater. Automatic edge magazine for coiled

VKNO: 4196 Pneumatic Adjustment Trimming/Scraping
for the electro-pneumatic axial movement of flush trimming and scraping units
to manual 8-fold revolving stops. In case of a push-button control, the complete
unit adjustment is being carried out.
Individual adjustment top or bottom only possible in combination with the electronic
control system BS03 (VKNO 6710).
VKNO: 4801 Contour Trimming Unit Top/Bottom 2 x 0,4 kW
for copying of head edgings on post- and soft-forming workpieces or rounded comers at
workpieces with a 4-sided-gluing of thick PVCedge material. Processing of wooden edgings
depend on trials. Either radius or chamfer cutters can be mounted (exchange device).
3 working methods:
1. After rounding off the edges, the units must
be stopped to get the measure for the scraping procedure
2. Rounding of edges and radius trimming top/bottom
without scraping procedure afterwards.

bottom, front and rear
