The cutter-blocks are fitted with re sharpenable Hss tenon cutters and quick change cartridges enable any scribe to be machined quickly and accurately. Tenon thickness, length, bottom shoulder height and stagger measurements are quickly adjustable and can be locked into position. Dimensions are shown on ruled scales giving easy and accurate setting.
The standard 1100mm long fence (which pivots for angled tenons) is graduated for fast and accurate positioning of the shoulder stop. The SET provides speed, accuracy, safety and ease of use with the standard model having the following features:
